HASHOSTER – Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

  • All service pricing may be reviewed or updated at any time on HASHOSTER’s official website.

  • Accepted payment methods are listed on the official HASHOSTER platform.

  • Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

  • Subscription-based services may be canceled anytime; however, refunds or credits are not applicable after the refund eligibility period.

  • If a customer adds an active payment method to their account, HASHOSTER may automatically process unpaid invoices.

  • By registering with HASHOSTER, customers agree to receive service-related announcements and promotional emails. Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

  • Free migration services apply only to migrations using the same control panel (e.g., cPanel to cPanel or Plesk to Plesk). Cross-platform migrations may incur additional charges.

  • Reseller customers may not sell services below the minimum allowed pricing established by HASHOSTER.


2. Service Duration & Cancellation

  • Service cancellation can be requested immediately or at the end of the billing cycle through the client portal.

  • HASHOSTER reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice in case of:

    • Violation of Terms of Service

    • Server abuse

    • Security risks

    • Excessive resource usage

    • Illegal activities

  • Services may also be terminated for overdue invoices or payment reversals.

  • Accounts suspended for more than 20 days may be automatically terminated without notice.


3. Wallet / Credit Balance

  • Funds added to HASHOSTER wallet balance are non-refundable.

  • Promotional credits and wallet refunds cannot be withdrawn as cash.


4. License Policy

  • Software licenses purchased through HASHOSTER are non-refundable.

  • HASHOSTER provides support only for license activation and licensing-related issues.

  • Application-level support for third-party software is not included unless specifically stated.


5. Refund Policy

HASHOSTER offers a limited refund or credit-back guarantee on selected hosting services under the following conditions:

  • Refund eligibility applies only to first-time purchases.

  • Setup fees, domain registrations, migrations, dedicated IPs, software licenses, and add-ons are non-refundable.

  • VPS and dedicated server services are non-refundable once provisioned.

  • Refunds are not granted for accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations.

  • Upgrades, downgrades, and renewals are generally non-refundable.

  • Chargebacks or disputes after service usage may void refund eligibility.

Refund processing time may take up to 30 business days.


6. Payment Policy

  • Some payment methods may have auto-renewal enabled for uninterrupted service.

  • Customers are responsible for canceling services before renewal dates.

  • Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.


7. Backups & Recovery

  • Complimentary backups may be provided as a courtesy service.

  • HASHOSTER does not guarantee availability of backups.

  • Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups.

  • Large accounts may be excluded from automated backup systems.

  • Backup retention policies may vary by server or service type.


8. Acceptable Usage

HASHOSTER services are intended for lawful business and website hosting purposes only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Spam or bulk emailing

  • Malware distribution

  • Phishing

  • Proxy services

  • Illegal downloads or pirated content

  • Copyright infringement

  • Adult or illegal content

  • Server exploitation

  • Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting

  • Excessive resource abuse

HASHOSTER reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating acceptable usage policies.


9. Server Abuse & Security

Any attempt to compromise server security, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt services is strictly prohibited.

This includes:

  • Unauthorized access attempts

  • Port scanning

  • Password cracking

  • DDoS activities

  • Abuse of server resources

HASHOSTER may cooperate with law enforcement agencies regarding unlawful activities.


10. Storage & Bandwidth Usage

Services must be used primarily for website hosting purposes and not as remote file storage systems.

Accounts found abusing storage or bandwidth resources may:

  • Be limited

  • Suspended

  • Charged for overages

  • Terminated


11. Email Policy

Unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) is prohibited.

Shared hosting accounts may have sending limitations such as:

  • Maximum recipients per email

  • Daily sending limits

  • Attachment size restrictions

Violation may result in immediate suspension.


12. Uptime Guarantee

HASHOSTER strives to provide industry-standard uptime availability.

Scheduled maintenance, third-party failures, force majeure events, or customer-caused issues are excluded from uptime guarantees.

Service credits may be offered at HASHOSTER’s discretion for verified outages.


13. Technical Support

HASHOSTER provides support related to:

  • Hosting infrastructure

  • Control panel issues

  • Server-related troubleshooting

Support does not include:

  • Custom coding

  • Third-party application development

  • Website design modifications

  • Software customization


14. Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use all hosted content.

HASHOSTER reserves the right to remove infringing or illegal material without notice.


15. Domain Registration

  • Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable.

  • HASHOSTER is not responsible for failed transfers due to:

    • Registrar locks

    • Incorrect authorization codes

    • Expired domains

    • ICANN restrictions

  • In the event of payment disputes, HASHOSTER reserves the right to suspend or reclaim associated domains.


16. Lawful Use

Services may only be used for lawful purposes.

Customers may not host or distribute:

  • Illegal content

  • Pirated software

  • Copyright-infringing material

  • Fraudulent content

  • Harmful software

HASHOSTER reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities when required.


17. Limitation of Liability

HASHOSTER shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Business interruption

  • Service downtime

  • Financial damages

  • Third-party software failures

Customers use services at their own risk.


18. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold HASHOSTER harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses resulting from misuse of services.


19. Policy Updates

HASHOSTER reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
